Every project begins with careful listening and needs assessment by the project manager assigned to the project utilizing past experience from similar projects. We know successful building projects only happen when the concerns for design, function, and budget are all met.
At the start of the design, the project manager determines the scope of the project, the design fee, construction budget, and design schedule taking into account your needs.
He or she then carefully selects the design engineers who will work with the project manager based on the unique scope of your project.
The project manager remains involved in the project throughout design by providing direction and counsel to the design engineers.
At the completion of the design, the project manager completes a quality control review of the design before the specifications and drawings are sent out for bidding. |
